The Association has 106 units which were all built in the 1970’s. The association has a mixed population which includes residents of all ages, single and married couples, young professionals, households with young children, and retirees.
On the Campus
On its campus, Briardale Square has a clubhouse, tennis court, half-court basketball court, and an outdoor swimming pool for residents’ use. Interspersed throughout the property are children’s playground equipment.

WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE
Within walking distance of the Association you will find the North Grand Mall, WalMart, Walgreens and a handful of restaurants. In addition CyRide, Ames’ city bus system, has bus stops about a half a block from the 30th Street entrance into Briardale Square.

CLUBHOUSE RESERVATIONS
We encourage Briardale Square residents to use the Clubhouse. To reserve the Clubhouse, email briardalehoa@gmail.com with your name, phone number, address and date(s) you’d like to reserve.
- The rental fee is free for all residents of Briardale Square
- A $100 damage deposit is required when you pick up the key
- If the clubhouse is left in satisfactory condition, the deposit will be returned. If there is any damage or cleaning not done, other than normal wear and tear, your damage deposit will be used for repair and clean-up.
